Joni Kendall, RN, started ABHC in order to provide the highest quality home care to area residents. She takes great joy in the fact that her family joins her daily in providing the best care possible to the company’s patients. She relies on her husband, Jan Kendall, who assists with overall company operations. Joni’s son, Cody Kendall, serves as the company’s Corporate Counsel and is responsible for all legal and business matters. Finally, Joni’s daughter, Jami Kendall assists with office and personnel management.

Leadership Spotlight: Meet Joni Kendall, RN
Most people who have met Joni will tell you she’s never met a stranger. Her love of people and caring for others makes her not only easy to talk to, but also someone you can rely on without question. She has more than two decades of homecare experience, and is a Registered Nurse. She started Above & Beyond Homecare to care for others with a combination of personal attention and medical expertise. “I love homecare – it provides you the ability to care for the patient in a more personal manner than a hospital setting. You can provide comfort…you get to know the patient personally. I feel like my patients are my extended family.”
